The newest round of wild weather brought strong storms and subsequent flooding and mud flow to Riverside County, and residents reported seeing exactly what appeared to be the towering dust devil forming more than Perris.

“I’ve by no means seen the rain afin de down this hard before, ” stated Riverside resident Bernadette Ayala.

Substantial damage was reported in Riverside. Trouble knocked down nearly every tree at Lincoln subsequently Park, and something century-old tree dropped down on an almost 100-year-old home.

Streets and parking lots in Perris were submerged below feet of the water.
